At Southall, we are looking for team members to help us as we continue our journey to inspire culinary consciousness – showcasing fresh, seasonal fare that highlights the path from seed to plate. Our dining experiences take place just steps from where our ingredients are grown and raised.
All-day and in-room dining emanate from the kitchen at Sojourner, where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily in the heart of the Inn at Southall. From handcrafted smoothies and house-smoked and cured meats at breakfast to shareable lunch and dinner dishes that highlight the season’s freshest ingredients, Sojourner is elegant but casual. Butcher to beekeeper, barista to sommelier, hen house to patisserie, delicacies preserved and foraged… this is Southall.
As the In Room Dining Server you will help us forage new and lasting connections with our guests who dine with us, showcasing our fresh, seasonal fare that highlights the path from seed to plate through phone orders and delivery to our guest in the inn and cottages. This role will require being outdoors at times and working in varying weather conditions.
